This writ petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the impugned result of Motor Vehicle Inspector, Grade-II in the Tamilnadu Transport Subordinate Service for the year 2013-2018 dated 01.11.2019 issued by the 3rd respondent/Controller of Examination, Tamilnadu Public Service Commission and quash the same insofar not considering the petitioner and consequently direct the 1st respondent to publish the result of the petitioner upon considering the Work Experience Certificate.

2.The Order passed by this Court in the case of T.Senthilnathan vs. The Secretary, Tamilnadu Public Service Commission, Park Town Road, VOC Nagar, Chennai - 600 003 & others in W.P.No.22535 of 2019 and batch etc., will cover the present case also. In the light of the same, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
