Civil Suit is filed under Order IV Rule 1 of O.S.Rules read with Order VII Rule 1 C.P.C. to pass a judgment and decree against the defendants: i) directing the defendants to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore only) for the damages sustained by the Plaintiff towards loss of reputation, goodwill and obstacles caused to the growth and expansion of the business of the plaintiff';

ii) permanent injunction restraining the defendants, their men, agents or servants or anyone claiming under them from in any manner publishing, communicating or sending messages through internet or by E-mail or fax or any other modes of communication containing allegations against plaintiff, its partners or sister concerns to Government authorities or any third parties; iii) cost of the suit.
