The learned counsel appearing for the Management submitted that the dispute between the petitioner and the Management has been amicably settled through the settlement arrived under Section 18(1) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 on 09.01.2010. has been given a full and final settlement which he has accepted.
3. Recording the said submission, no effective orders can be passed in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
