Mr.N.Ramesh, learned Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.
2. The prayer sought for in this writ petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.04.2018.
3. Mr.T.V.Suresh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner.

4. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered in accordance with law.
5. In the light of the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition and the submissions made by the learned counsels on either side, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.04.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing an opportunity of personal hearing to all necessary parties.
With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
