ORDER
The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the 2nd respondent to accept the application for agricultural electrical service connection under Tatkal Scheme submitted by the petitioner dated 01.10.2020 and provide agricultural electricity service connection to the petitioner for the bore well existing in SF NO. 118 / 2C at Thidumal Goundampalayam Village, Paramathi Velur Taluk, Namakkal District within an appropriate time.
2. The learned counsel for the respondent Board would submit that the Electricity Service Connection has already been effected in favour of the petitioner. Thus, the grievances of the petitioner has been redressed.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 02.02.2024 Index : Yes Speaking Order (sha) 2/4
