JUDGMENT

(delivered by R. MAHADEVAN, J.) This writ appeal impugns the order dated 09.10.2023 passed by a learned Judge in W.P. No.25489 of 2022.

Today, when this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General submitted before this Court, a copy of the communication dated 22.01.2024 addressed by the Chairman, Teachers Recruitment Board to the Director of School Education and submitted with all fairness that the appellant has already been selected for the post of P.G. Assistant (History) vide the said communication, wherein, his name figures in S.No.4.

In view of the aforesaid development, this writ appeal stands closed as no further orders need to be passed. No costs. Connected C.M.P. stands closed.
