The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.05.2012 in accordance with law to end the Kattapanchayat in Solai Nagar South, Muthialpet, Puducherry, as per the order of this Court dated 05.07.2005 made in W.P.No.18955 of 2005.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that this writ petition may be closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned, if the same cause of action still continues.

3.Granting such liberty to the petitioner, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
