When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the second respondent submitted that already this Writ Petition was disposed of by an order dated 30.06.2016 and as a matter of fact, a Writ Appeal is also filed by the wife of the workman which is pending in W.A.(MD)No.457 of 2020.
