ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in the order in Crl.O.P.No.28705 of 2024 dated 02.12.2024 that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on working days at 10:30 a.m., and allow the petitioner to appear before the trial Court on significant hearing dates or as and when required by the trial Court.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1448 of 2025, dated 02.12.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on all hearing dates.
