This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the complaint in C.C.No.1836 of 2013 on the file of the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court-I, Egmore, Chennai (transferred from V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore Chennai).

2.When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the petition, the main case is ended itself and disposed of and hence nothing survive for further adjudication in this petition. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
