ORDER
The writ petition has been filed challenging the award made in E.C.No. 114 of 2019, dated 10.06.2022.
2. It can be seen that the award is made in exercise of the power under Section 22 of the Employees Compensation Act, 1923 as against which there is an appeal remedy provided under Section 30 of the Act to this Court.
3. In view thereof, this writ petition cannot be entertained. As such, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner to file an appeal under Section 30 of the Act. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
