The application has been filed seeking leave of this Court to produce documents on the side of the respondent|

2. The evidence is being recorded by the learned Master with respect to the claim made by the Official Assignee against the respondent. The witness is in the witness box tendering chief examination at that time when documents were produced and permission was sought to mark them as Exhibits. Objections have been raised that the documents have not been produced earlier. This application is therefore been filed seeking leave of this Court to produce documents.

3. The documents are receipt for Rs.50,00,000/- (Rupees Fifty Lakhs only) and certified copy of the sale deed since the documents will have to be tested during the course of cross examination, subject to proof, admissibility and relevancy.
