PRAYER: This criminal original petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS to relax the condition imposed in Para 4(B) against the petitioner/accused in Crl.O.P.No.28885 of 2024 dated 27.11.2024. For Petitioner :

ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Para 4(B) against the petitioner/accused in Crl.O.P.No.28885 of 2024 dated 27.11.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for forty days; and that the petitioner has sixteen previous cases.

4. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28885 of 2024 on 27.11.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial court weekly once, i.e., on Monday of every week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
