The petitioner/Appellant has filed this petition to condone the delay of 387 days in filing the appeal against the award passed by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Special Sub Court No.1, Small Causes Court, Chennai in MCOP No.6823 of 2013, dated 07.09.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents have got no serious objection in allowing this petition.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.

5. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise the papers are found to be in order and print the name of M/s. Pass Associates, for first respondent and Mr.S.Arunkumar, for second respondent and post the matter on 09.11.2020 for admission.
