ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.07.2020 and to fix grade pay of Extension Officer Level - I as 9300-34000+4200 instead of 5200-20200+2800, with effect from her date of appointment on 03.01.2017.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.07.2020 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
