ORDER

This application has been filed by the applicant to grant extension of succession certificate with power to collect the securities and to receive the

dividends thereon and negotiate and transfer the securities specified in the schedule.

2. The applicants are the petitioners in the main petition. His grand father died on 12.07.1993. Already this Court has granted succession certificate in favour of the petitioner. After granting succession certificate, the petitioners subsequently found 100 shares of the Escorts Limited. Therefore, the petitioners has filed this application to extend the succession certificate.

3. There is no respondent in this case. Already this Court has granted succession certificate in favour of the petitioners and now, they found 100 shares of Escorts Limited after the grant of succession certificate. The petitioners have also produced the original certificate along with the application. Therefore, this application has to be allowed.

4. Accordingly, the application in Application No.403 of 2026 is allowed. The succession certificate for the petitioner is extended with power to collect the securities and to receive the dividends thereon and negotiate and transfer the securities specified in the schedule annexed in this application. 29-01-2026 shl
