Mr.K.Ashok Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff would submit that he has instructions to withdraw the suit. A memo signed by the General Manager (Legal) of the plaintiff Company has also been filed. The memo is recorded and this suit is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
