ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the complaint given by the petitioner on 17.04.2015 and investigate the same, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.241 of 2015.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was also injured and admitted in the hospital.
5. If it is so, the petitioner is given liberty to the give a fresh complaint along with the medical records to the respondent police and on such complaint being received, the same shall be enquired into by the respondent police and action shall be taken in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]..
