Pursuant to an order dated 19.10.2023, the appellant Insurance Company had deposited a sum of Rs.3,89,13,060/- to the credit of the Appeal by way of a Demand Draft bearing No.482061 dated 24.11.2023 drawn on State Bank of India, Chennai Main Branch.

2. In view of the disposal of the Appeal, the decree holder will be entitled to withdraw the amount lying in deposit as per the decree passed by us in the Appeal. This petition is ordered accordingly.
