2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

The reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition are not satisfactory and hence this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to produce the certified copy of the judgment dated 14.06.2023 in Crl.A.No.127 of 2022 pending on the file of the II Additional District and Sessions Court, Vellore, Ranipet.

4. Upon such production, the Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Case, if it is otherwise in order.
