Considering the limited prayer sought for, notice to the respondents is deemed un-necessary.
2. The petitioners seek a direction for early disposal of O.S.No.3951 of 2019 on the file of the XIX Additional City Civil Court, Chennai.
3. The said suit was filed before this Court as C.S.No.401 of 2016 seeking the reliefs of declaration regarding certain movable property viz., jewellery, permanent injunction restraining the 1st defendant from interfering with possession and enjoyment of the jewellery mentioned in the A Schedule property and mandatory injunction to open safe deposit locker No.214 was also sought for.
4. From the adjudications it is seen that the suit is being posted for framing issues for more than a year now. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed and there will be a direction to the learned XIX Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai to dispose of the suit in Page No.2/4
O.S.No.3951 of 2019 within a period of eight (8) months from the date of receipt of a copy the order. No costs.
