Making very serious allegations, the present Criminal Original Petitions are filed for transfer of trial from the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Coimbatore to the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Chennai. The petitioner claiming himself as Chairman cum Editor-inChief, World Human Rights Commission & Rescue Center (WHRC), Akila Ulaga Manitha Urimaikal Padhukappu Aanaiyam (AUMUPA) is facing trial in C.C.Nos.83 & 84 of 2010 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Coimbatore, on the complaint given by the Reception Officer, Circuit House, Coimbatore for impersonating himself as Chief Executive Officer, World Human Rights Commission.

Instead of proceeding with the trial, the petitioner is filing petition after petition before the High Court, the Hon'ble Supreme Court and Human Rights Commission making wild allegations and irrelevant facts. Now the present petition is filed to transfer of trial from one Court to another Court. When this Court pointed out that his request cannot be acceded, the petitioner even after passing order still keep on reading the typed set of papers which runs to 480 pages.

At one stage after hearing him for nearly half an hour, this Court was about to refer the matter to Bar Council for his misconduct. At 2/4

that time the learned counsel appearing for the Bar Council and other members of the Bar requested not to take any coercive action against the petitioner who had appeared party-in-person. On their request, this Court drop further action against him. However, impose cost of Rs.10,000/- payable to the State Legal Services Authority, Chennai for filing this frivolous petitions.
