ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in para no.3 of the order dated 02.01.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28495 of 2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28495 of 2024 dated 14.11.2024 in para no.7(b) and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.18357 of 2024 dated 02.01.2025 is now modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for the interrogation.
