ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 17.03.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. On reading of the complaint, it is seen that the petitioner's lorry has been stolen and this was also recorded in the CCTV Camera.

4. Under such circumstances, the respondent police is directed to enquire into the complaint dated 17.3.2015 lodged by the petitioner and register the case in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
