(Order of the Court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) This petition is filed by the petitioners/ appellants seeking to condone the delay of 362 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2. Ms.Anna Mathew, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, raised objection for condoning the delay, by filing a counter affidavit. It is further submitted that only after filing the contempt petition by the respondent, the petitioners have taken steps to file a writ appeal as against the order passed by the learned Judge.

3. However, considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered accordingly.
