This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners/accused to condone delay of 482 days in filing criminal revision case in Crl.RC.SR.No.1544 of 2025 against the judgment passed in Crl.A.No.127 of 2022, dated 14.06.2023 by the II-Additional District and Sessions Judge at Vellore at Ranipet.

2. No counter has been filed by the respondent police. The petitioners/accused are in prison.
