When the case is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that impugned notice issued by the first respondent, dated 08.03.2017 has been withdrawn by the first respondent in his letter dated 14.03.2017. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. Therefore, this petition may be dismissed as infructuous. A copy of the said letter dated 14.03.2017 is produced before this Court.
