THAMILSELVI CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.784 of 2022 IN CRL OP.22736/2021 PRABHU [ PETITIONER ] Vs STATE REP.BY [ RESPONDENT ] INSPECTOR OF POLICE AWPS, NEYVELI, CUDDALORE DISTRICT (CRIME NO.04 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in so far as that the petitioner shall stay at salem and report before the Town Police Station on daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders imposed in Para No.6 (b) of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.22736 of 2021 in Crime No.4 of 2021 and thus render justice Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S R.THIRUMOORTHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22736 of 2021 on 29.11.2021.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on first and fifteenth day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
