The transfer petition is filed to withdraw FCOP.No.534 of 2024 on the file of the Family Court, Erode and transfer the same to the file of the Sub Court, Palladam.

2. The petitioner married the respondent on 25.02.2021. Thereafter, due of difference of opinion, the petitioner left the matrimonial home and the respondent has filed FCOP.NO.534 of 2024 on the file of the Family Court, Erode, seeking restitution of conjugal rights.

3. The petitioner would submit that she has to travel 75 Kms to attend the hearing at Family Court, Erode and it will take nearly 2 1⁄2 hours to reach there by bus. The petitioner would submit that she has to take care of her 3 years old son and she cannot take him along with her to the Court. She would further submit that since the matter is 2/5

pending before the Family Court, Erode, the same may be transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Palladam.

4. Heard the learned counsels on the either side and perused the records.

5. Considering the above facts and the fact that the petitioner is seeking transfer to the Sub Court, where the presence of the parties is not necessary, the transfer petition is allowed as prayed for. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
