The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the order passed by this Court was challenged by the respondent before this Court in the writ appeals. It was also dismissed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court and aggrieved by the same, the respondent preferred Special Leave Petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in SLP.No.16949 of 2022. The same was also dismissed and confirmed the order passed by this Court dated 11.11.2022 observing that the needful to be done in terms of the judgment passed by this Court within a period of 15 days from 11.11.2022. However, even till today, the respondent did not comply with the order passed by this Court.

2. Mr.R.Neelakandan, the learned Additional Advocate General submitted that after dismissal of the Special Leave Petition by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, now the respondent is taking steps to comply with the order passed by this Court and it will be complied with within a period of one week.

3. Considering the above submission, post the matter on 02.12.2022 for reporting compliance / for appearance of the respondent. 25.11.2022 lok
