ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in condition No.4 (b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30018 of 2024 dated 06.12.2024 that the petitioners shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, Periampet Police everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30018 of 2024 dated 06.12.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month on Monday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
