This Criminal Original Petition has been filed challenging the private complaint under Section 138 of The Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial in C.C.No.81 of 2015 is concluded and the petitioner has been convicted. Hence, nothing survives in this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
