This application has been filed for interim injunction restraining the first and fourth defendants from interfering with the plaintiff's peaceful possession of the suit property pending disposal of the suit.

2. The respondents have not filed any counter. According to the learned counsel for the applicant, they are in possession of the part of the suit property and the respondent counsel also submitted that they are also in possession of the part of the suit property.

3. In view of the submissions of both sides, since the suit itself has been filed for partition, the parties are directed to maintain status quo, till disposal of the suit.

4. With the above observation, this application is closed.
