O R D E R
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to call for the records in C.C.1201 of 2012 on the file of the XVI Metropolitan Magistrate Court, George Town, Chennai and quash the same.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, on instructions, would submit that inadvertently the neighbour of the accused person was implicated in this complaint. He therefore prays for quashing the complaint.

3. Mr.C.Ayyapparaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor also concedes to the request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the complaint is quashed. Criminal Original Petition stands allowed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
5. The Law Enforcing Agency is directed to file a fresh complaint against the real accused.
