This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file charge sheet in Crime No.1274 of 2012.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Today Mr.S.Saravanan, Inspector of Police, S-7, Madipakkam Police station, Madipakkam, Chennai is present and has filed a counter, wherein, in paragraph No.5, it is stated as follows:

"5. It is submitted that after completion of detailed and elaborated investigation, I have obtained legal opinion from the Additional District Public Prosecutor, Vadapalani.

Based on the witnesses statements and legal opinion, I have altered sections as 465 r/w 471, 120[b] and 34 IPC against A-1 to A-4 and on 28.09.2015 I laid a charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur and the same was taken on file vide C.C.No.537 of 2015 on 10.10.2015 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and the next hearing date 16.12.2015 for issue fresh summon."

4. In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition and this petition is closed.
