Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions para 6(c) imposed on the 1st petitioner in Crl.OP.No. 22281 of 2021 by its order dated 29.11.2021 and thus render justice.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.NAMBIRAJAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22281of 2021 on 29.11.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on first and fifteenth of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. All other conditions are unaltered.
