ORDER

[Order of the Court by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the father of the detenue viz., Hemalatha, aged 23 years, sought production of his daughter.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner as also learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 and 2. Mr.R.Jayaprakash, learned counsel undertakes to enter appearance for third respondent.

notice that under order of Madurai Bench of this Court dated 16.05.2018, the respondent police were required to consider the representation of the alleged detenue, seeking police protection. Learned counsel further submits that pursuant to registration of CSR No.38 of 2018, the police authorities at Pannaiyapatti Police station, Pudukkottai District, had caused enquiry and the petitioner herein as also his wife appeared and participated. Thereafter, the present petition has been filed without making any whisper that which transpired.

4. In the light of the above submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand dismissed.
