The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that O.A.No.1165 of 2001 on the file of the Debts Recovery TribunalII, Chennai itself has been disposed of and recovery certificate has been issued. In these circumstances, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in the present writ petition has become infructuous. 2.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, WP.MP.No.55834 of 2002 is closed.
