ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for a direction, directing the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.1017 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police within a stipulated time.

2. It is seen that a case has been registered in Crime No.1017 of 2013 on 10.10.2013. Hence, the respondent police is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report or a closure report as the case may be, as expeditiously as possible before the concerned Court and intimate the same to the petitioner herein. Thereafter, the petitioner is directed to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.

With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
