Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the first respondent relating to the proceedings in Proc.No.1820/AEE/GL/TA2/F.Doc/02 dated 16.09.2002 confirming the proceedings of the second respondent in Lr.No.EE/D/TCR/AE/F.Doc/SC.A.167/D.No.992/2002 dated 24.06.2002 and quash the same.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner in this case is no more. In spite of best efforts taken by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner to contact the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner, it went in vain, as no legal heirs have come forward to pursue the case. Therefore, the learned counsel submits that recording the said statement, this Writ Petition can be dismissed as abated /for non-prosecution.
