O R D E R

The present petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, made in C.M.P.No.1078 of 2015 dated 20.04.2015 in Crime No.149 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police.

2. While granting bail, one of the conditions imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, is that the petitioners should report before the Judicial Magistrate-I, Karur daily twice at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m. until further orders . The petitioners are the resident of Coimbatore and the concerned Judicial Magistrate is Judicial Magistrate VI, Coimbatore. Hence, to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, the present petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

4. Considering the submissions made, this Court modifies the order passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, in C.M.P.No.1078 of 2015 dated 20.04.2015, as follows. The petitioners are permitted to appear before the "learned Judicial Magistrate VI, Coimbatore" instead of "learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Karur" daily twice at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders.

5. All the other conditions imposed in the order passed in C.M.P.No.1078 of 2015 dated 20.04.2015 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, remain unaltered.

6. With the above modification, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
