This petition is filed to condone the delay of 566 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Mr.M.Krishnamoorthy, learned counsel takes notice for 2nd respondent-New India Assurance Company Limited and Mr.S.Arun Kumar, learned counsel takes notice for 4th respondent-Barati Axa General Insurance Company Limited.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 566 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to 'Samarpana', No.10, Subramani Nagar, Vinayagapuram, Near Retteri, Kolathur Post, Chennai-99, [Savings Bank Account No.10156284387, State Bank of India, Jawahar Nagar Branch, Chennai, IFSC Code SBIN000758, Contact person: Mr.B.M.Sridhar, Mobile No.9282112830], within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.
