ORDER

This petition has been filed to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 25676 of 2016 on 25.11.2016.

2. Today, Mr.Paranthaman, Inspector of Police, C-1 Police Station, Uthukottai is present before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. On instructions, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the order dated 25.11.2016 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.25676 of 2016 has been complied with; that the investigation in Cr.No.131 of 2016 was completed; that the case has been closed as 'mistake of fact' on 01.03.2017 and the RCS notice no.3 of 2017 has been served on the de facto complainant. The Closure Report has also been filed before the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Uthukottai on 05.09.2017.

Recording the same, this petition is closed.
