The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Tamil Nadu Housing Board brought to the notice of this Court that the allottee had already vacated the premises on 06.03.2019. Thus, the cause did not exist. Consequently, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
