Prayer: This civil miscellaneous petition is filed to suspend the judgement and decree dated 29.01.2016 made in A.S No.22 of 2015 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Court cum Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ariyalur reversing the judgment and decree dated 06.07.2012 made in O.S No.28 of 2010 on the file of the District Munsif Court at Jayamkondam and grant permanent injunction against the petitioner/appellant herein pending disposal of the above second appeal.
