ORDER

Seeking a direction to the first respondent police to register the case based on the complaint given by the petitioners dated 24.01.2015 and investigate it in accordance with law, the petitioners have come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent police.

3. From a perusal of the materials available on record, it is seen that the petitioners have made an allegation of job racketing against the opposite party. Further, the petitioners seem to have given the complaint by post.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioners are directed to lodge a fresh complaint to the first respondent police in person and on the complaint being received, the first respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry into the complaint and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]..

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
