ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN, J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/father of the detenue Dyana, aged about 18 years, to secure his daughter, who is said to be missing from 08.07.2015 and to set her at liberty. 2.
The alleged detenue Dyana is produced before this Court today. The petitioner is also present before this Court. 3.
When we enquired, she admits that the petitioner is her father and she is a major and she is now with her paternal grandfather Chelladurai who is also present before this Court. 4.
When we enquired the petitioner, initially, he submits that he does not know the said Chelladurai and subsequently, he admits that he is his uncle.

The alleged detenue further submits that she is being brought up by Chelladurai from her childhood as her mother is no more and there is no illegal detention.

Recording the said statement made by the detenue, the Habeas Corpus Petition is ordered to be closed.
