BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, W-22, ALL WOMEN POLICE STATION, CHENNAI.

(IN CRIME NO.11/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in para 6(c) in Crl.O.P.No.19833 of 2020 order dated 14/12/2020 in Crime No.11 of 2020 on the file of respondent police.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.ANAND KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the bail condition imposed by this Court against the petitoner directing him to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. For a period of two weeks and thereafter every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complaying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19833 of 2020 dated 14.12.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19833 of 2020 dated 14.12.2020 is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m. Util further orders.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
