2. K.M.M.Freight Systems by proprietrix Mrs.R.Louis Premalatha 1/40, L.Chackrapani Colony, St.Thomas Mount, Chennai - 16.

...Defendants Civil suit praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant judgment and decree:

a. directing the defendants, jointly and severally pay to the plaintiffs, the sum of Rs.40,47,843.60 with subsequent interest at the rate of 24% per annum from the date of Plaint till the date of realisation.

b) to award the cost of this suit.

This suit coming on this day before this court for hearing in the presence of Mr.Jayesh B.Dolia, Advocate for the 1st defendant herein and Mr.Krishna Associates, Advocates for the 2nd defendant herein and the plaintiffs herein not appearing in person or by advocate and upon reading the pleadings filed herein, it is ordered as follows:- That the suit in C.S.No. 31 of 2006 be and is hereby dismissed for non-prosecution.
