ORDER

Seeking a direction to the second respondent police to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 24.04.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent police.

3. From a perusal of the materials available on record, it is seen that the petitioner has given the complaint by post. The allegation in the complaint relates to job racketing.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint to the second respondent police in person and on the complaint being received, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry into the complaint and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
